Premiers Grands Crus
The “Premier Grand Cru” mention certifies that the grapes are 100% from the same terroir.Minimum planting density is 6,000 vines per hectare and the vines must be at least 7 years old.
Harvesting must be done manually. Vinification and bottling must be done in canton Vaud. The requirements for a “Grand Cru” mention remain in effect, of course, such as listing the vintage.
